The International Coach Federation- GTA Chapter is delighted to announce the winners of the 2006 Prism Award. This award celebrates organizations that have created excellence and enhanced business performance through their commitment to coaching as a leadership strategy.
Large Business: This year, two organizations were selected as winners in this category owing to their equally powerful leadership growth, organizational development and business successes achieved through coaching strategies.
. Bell Canada, Small and Medium Business Marketing, under the leadership of Jon Wiese, Senior Vice President, coached by The McNeill Group-- Ceo, Dan McNeill and associates Troy King and Chrystine Langille.
. Campbell Company of Canada, under the leadership of Phil Donne, President and Greg Smith, Vice President, Human Resources, coached by Nick Evans, internal coach and Director of Organizational Effectiveness, partnering with Wayne Stark, Pursuit Inc.
Medium Sized Business: . Grant Forest Products, under the leadership of Bob Fleet, Vice President, Woodlands and Environment and Faye Johnson, Woodlands Manager- Ontario, supported by Larry Locken, General Manager, Human Resources, coached by Sara Thompson of Sage Transitions partnering with Karen McKnight and Sandy McMullen.
Small Business: . Kent Legal, under the leadership of Keiran Glynn, President, coached by Wendy Hue of Partners in Progress.
At the Prism Award Showcase, these four winning organizations will tell their stories about the impact of coaching strategies on their businesses and the successes they have achieved. KEYNOTE ADDRESS: Lance Secretan, published author and renowned speaker on effective leadership will share his thoughts from his newest book, ONE: The Art and Practice of Conscious Leadership.
